Backdating to skirt FMV is not allowed, but the valuation is ordinarily based on the last funding round--for preferred stock, with some terms favorable to the investors--and what you're getting options for is common stock, with no term

6GB doesn't sound untenable if one were to store map/graph data in some optimized text or vector form, rasterizing tiles as needed with a cache mixed in. Maybe keep the 20-mile tiles hot all the time... I guess this depends on th

In theory, SS payouts to each individual are proportional to each individual's payments in. In that light what proper purpose is there in forcing higher wage earners to save more?

Well, that was very unsporting of the cop. Sometimes I'll treat red lights like stop signs, very late at night, as a minor demonstration of sobriety--like, if you want to pull me over, have at it, but you're gonna be bored and di

What I've observed, very very anecdotally, is that Peloton buyers become emotionally invested, and it turns out that they don't use the thing much, but resist strongly the idea of selling it at a huge loss and admitting defeat. B

I too have much compassion for animals, but idea of a human being preparing for taking his or her own life in turning over a pet is, in my heartfelt opinion, a much more poignant occasion.

For sorta-realistic Chicago accents, watch and enjoy the movie "The Fugitive" with Harrison Ford. For big ol' jokey Chicago accent, the "Superfans" SNL sketches.

Wow. This seems like a very, very lazy interpretation of the jazz age by a particularly unmotivated high school student. Like they took the idea that required absolutely no thinking whatsoever and went with it.
