X1 Carbon still has pretty terrible battery life compared to say an M-1 Mac. I used to be a thinkpad fan having had T450s personally and then a X1-Carbon/X1-Extreme for work. While the T450s experience was mostly good the latter experi

Brokers are typically hired by the landlord to find a tenant and not a tenant to find an apartment. The big apartment complexes with a company ownership rather than individual typically hires brokers too, but probably they have enough apart

Can confirm as another M-1 Macbook Air user that this thing seems pretty snappy with just 8 GB of RAM but my work provided thinkpad seems to be much worse with 16 GB.

Despite US being the butt of jokes on the internet, as someone who moved here from India at 21, ~6 years ago, I feel like my experience has been mostly pleasant. People are so much more friendly here in US than back home. And yes, some of i

Ah that's a good explanation of Blue Prism vs UI Path. I think MS is planning to offer it in the O365 stack which means if its half decent it will probably eat UI Path's lunch? > I don't think legacy support is a major poi

I see. UX aside though, is there any advantage to Blue Prism? Just wondering if there's room for both here. Also what are your thoughts on the Microsoft offering?

How does Blue Prism compare? From my understanding it seemed like UI path is the #1 player here but I was looking for an investment opportunity before the IPO into RPA sector so ended up getting some Blue Prism till UI Path can IPO

While I'm sure open offices don't help in being exposed to flu, it could also just be because people are more careful these days with the hand sanitizers and mask wearing. https://www.wsj.com/articles/covid-19

I just wanted to comment on the Coke point specifically. They already have achieved market penetration at such a high level that I wonder is it really still worth it for them to keep spending 4B on ads a year. Uber also had a similar experi

Most corporate employees probably don't even have a choice of which app they can use though. They are tied in by whatever their company chose.

That'd make sense only if everyone had that option. Right now this led to people who are risking their lives and out there working potentially earning less than the people who are at home not working.

I think you are missing the point that it's only a pain point for countries with a backlog, not ones without a backlog. 3-4 years in the grand scheme of things is not all that long for gaining PR of a different country.

Discounting Uber as just an app would be silly too. The scale they have to deal with is probably one of the world's biggest and they do contribute back too open source aka making new tech.
