Geometry is only a part of the problem; much more compute goes into lighting and textures. Also scenes rarely span enough orders of magnitude of physical scale that the differences in precision matter (except may when using FP16). Finally,

It depends on where the spacecraft is going as radiation environments differ. I've taken parts to be exposed by a proton line at a particle accelerator. For some environments they just use Cobalt-60 as a radiation source.

They need to store the version requirements metadata outside the packages. Having to download the entire wheel just to see whether it is compatible is ridiculous. This could all be computed by downloading an index file, then performing the

The majority of tax payers actually don’t have very complex taxes, if you only have w-2 income and don’t itemize deductions, you just need the single page 1040. Even small businesses aren’t complicated if they have proper bookkeeping, or if

Adam and Eve are along the male (or female) line, whereas the common ancestor could be anywhere in your family tree. So 10 generations back you only have a single male line ancestor but 1024 ancestors total.

The findings really should be independent of the code. Reproduction should occur by taking the methodology and re-implementing the software and running new experiments.

I don't understand the point at all. At least in my area, most boats of this size are used for fishing, wake sports, or as a sailboat tender. Larger boats with a cabin and accommodations are common as party boats but this seems a bit t

I really fail to see the distinction. If someone is willing to pay 600k for something, then the value of that thing on the market is 600k. That is what a market is.

Scammers want cash, they don't want $1000 of Target merchandise that they have to figure out how to sell. Gift cards aren't quite cash, but they're easier to sell.

It's hard to see what Docker is adding here since qemu is being run inside Docker. You could get almost identical functionality out of a bare VM image and not deal with the hassles of docker.

It would mean attaching a semantic meaning to tags, but git doesn't do that, ever, for any reference. You don't even have to have a master branch, much less tags that follow semver. Linux doesn't even use semver!

CAN uses a differential pair which is the way to go. EMI will drive the pair in the same direction. Also used in USB, RS-485, pci-e, hdmi, etc. You don't really have to twist them but it is best practice.
