If there is a single advice i would give the young folks here: Don't listen to VC's. Live your life. Startup founder is more comparable to an olympic athlete in terms of what you have to give up to get there - by definition 99% of

Medical progress has been insane in the last few years through technological breakthroughs. It's not out of reach to think that most types of cancers will be curable 20 years from now on.

We are already in a state where crackheads and also the brightest people you remember from school talk with chatgpt about their own theories on physics, nature, ... and every response they get back is like "You're absolutely right

Somehow it never crossed my mind, but human civilization could plausibly end in the next 10 years. Many thought if then the cause would be a nuclear war, turns out it's more like the 90's movie 12 monkeys. I would love to be prove

Well, i see the case that those with great power want factories building ai factories, much like a factorio simulation, to solve cancer. Sure sama, you have to name the most noble goal imaginable everyone agrees on, though we know that'

The DSM is an international expert collection of acknowledged diseases - it just answers briefly the "what is this?" question, nothing more while the medical societies in your respective country implement the actual guidelines on

I'm still paying for these github runners. There is also some line between fully dictating which versions of languages and packages you are allowed to use and a managed runner that doesn't get in your way like a control freak.

That's understood by physicians and is also the reason why they are doing many questionnaire's with you (if they follow diagnostic guidelines) which might seem first confusing to the patient like unrelated to your actual symptoms

The point is to make a differential diagnosis which isn't possible in 5 minutes. So if someone concludes after 5 minutes your psychiatric diagnosis, you can be almost sure they aren't following good practice for their profession.

I can't be the only one who believes the name JavaScript should die in Peace. It was and still is the worst naming of any popular programming language in existence.
