Some people care about PE. Some people don’t. It’s just one metric that represents past performance. If it’s high, the market believes the stock price will go up.

Yeah, I wish the VM would prevent null assignment of optional and force to empty. There are probably side effects I can’t think of here and certainly would cause problems with legacy code misusing optionals.

200 million transistors per square millimeter. Gallons per mile only makes sense when you are talking about dragsters.

Process matters. Intel was ahead for a long time, and has been behind for a long time. Perhaps they will be ahead again, but maybe not. I’d rather see them competitive.

You can technically route through one if you can tolerate that. But I agree. They just got more expensive.

ACLs are compatible with some blockchains. Token gating, merkle proofs, and RBAC are fairly common in smart contracts. See: https://docs.openzeppelin.com/contracts/2.x/access-control#r...

Model Y takes the number two spot away from darling Toyota. Clearly, Musk has damaged the brand.

It’s actually a mapping between an unsigned integer and public key, stored on all nodes. It only requires a signature to persist the state change.

Maybe… Tesla doesn’t allow lease buyouts on some models. At least that is the case for my Y.

PoolTogether routes deposited funds to a liquidity pool on aave. Those funds can be lended out via over-collateralized loans. That’s how the interest is earned. They could of course use other types of pools and gain funds on swap fees etc.

Consider giving a discount only on time commitment. The time burden with enterprise customers is heavy up front. Legal, accounting, compliance, etc. They will often prefer a commitment as well.

I got my equipment through a local wholesaler. I built a BOM using solardesigntool and submitted through them. The wholesaler called me and accommodated me as a DIYer. CED Greentech was the company.

The primary use cases of ETH are changing state of the network and collateral for state change validation. Requester pays to effect change and some ETH is burnt and some goes to validators to incentivize operation. What other security does

I can’t imagine UX designers didn’t push back on this… it’s so obviously bad. PMs had their back to a wall.

It’s not exhaustive though. Many servers and proxies support it, but not all. For instance, GCP load balancers do not, but ALB does. At least that was case a few years ago.

That sounds like a protocol. It would be nice. Someone got downvoted for mentioning Bitcoin, but blockchains are protocols capable of transferring value.

Metadata isn’t part of the core spec, so NFTs don’t have to link to anything. You can only verify ownership of the NFT id. What the NFT represents is up to the author. It could be a credential to a web application. It could be a pass to a v

They can point to a metadata URL, or store data. But the key is they have a unique id and can be used to verify ownership. Think of it like a global compound primary key: (chain id, NFT contract address, NFT id). For many things a database

I went with the Daikin 5MXS48TVJU for the condenser and 3 models of the head units. All Daikin. I didn’t want a bunch of condensers around the house, and I didn’t want to run power everywhere. I’m not sure about efficiency compared to multi
