Facebook never gave Flow enough resources, whereas Microsoft has had 10+ devs on TypeScript for a long time.

I tried the "checkout form" demo and in the replay it showed what I typed into the credit card field. Any way to disable sensitive inputs like this?

I was going to say this looks exactly like Heynote, but then saw you said you forked it. Is there a fundamental difference in vision between the two apps? Both taglines are notes "for developers", so I'm a little confused on

Are there any Forth variants that have static typing? Or more generally, are there any interesting type systems that target stack-based machines?

Someone being exposed for leading a fraud organization for several years is not the time to call for "empathy". This reads as a astroturf manipulation tactic to make the guilty seem not as bad as they are.

Love that it has a Nix package! Curious about the docker dependency, is that needed?

Awesome game! Best pong variant I've played! Would be great to have an end goal. I managed to maintain a 200pt lead up to 1300pts and decided to give up cause I didn't know how long it would go.

Juicebox's design of distributing secrets to n independent services sounds similar to Lit Protocol's threshold signature schemes. Is this in the same problem space or no?

Sure you can say that popular music is all genres and formulas, but it was an artist that broke past what was common in the first place to arrive at that now-popular style of music. Without real artists, AI is just going to lock us into the

Minor sidenote: For Prolog-esk syntaxes, rather than writing "comma first" to solve the problem of moving lines around, I've found that ending predicates with a simple `true.` solves it more elegantly.

I'm only addressing the comment on "a glorious demonstration" of understanding the platform, where hacks like this go against such a take (IMO)

Understanding or not, certain decisions like overriding the semantic meaning of a hash in a url doesn't seem to be working with the platform. A better version would be adding a target to a `data-` attribute. It's a fun project o

Grace literally means to bless without deserving. I think you're being too rigid in your thought process.

"Blessed" does not necessarily imply karmic nor deserving. Many Christians will say they've been blessed and recognize they don't deserve it.

Great tool, very useful. I use it to generate a color palette from a single color, then take its output and feed it into https://palettte.app to manually adjust each one.

> at best, a form of anti-intellectualism This is an uncharitable viewpoint. Bringing FP concepts to more devs is a good thing. I don't see how teaching better ways is any form of anti-intellectualism.

Slightly off topic, but does anyone have any resources / tips on how to build your own tower defense game with multiplayer? Been deving for a very long time, but game dev feels like a completely different beast.

The problem is we don't know all the inputs, and there is much hidden state that we can't observe. So it isn't very useful to try and model a human after how a computer works.
