It doesn't have functions, but I've also released a type-checked configuration language recently[0]. The main difference is it's designed to be easy to edit, even by non-technical users. [0] https://github.com/

Mithril's simplicity is a breath of fresh air compared to React's complexity. Highly recommend.

I would add the question of, can a civilian buy it and use it on the streets? Just owning one in a garage doesn't really mean anything.

If you have your list of possible errors, it really shouldn't take that long to write a `errorObj -> string` function.

You should probably scope and clarify your rule of thumb. For example, writing a function that renders readable error messages to a UI will be far more than 20 lines of code.

Yes. The core cause of many of our problems is how capitalism is broken. Between removing individual contribution limits [0], unlimited monetary influence from Super PACs [1], and our weakening Antitrust laws (that somehow allowed AT&T

Hi HN, author here. I was fed up with the current state of configuration files, so I decided to create a better solution. Key features of Zaml are: - Minimal, straightforward syntax. Easy for non-technical people to edit. - Great error mess

Keep in mind that unhappily married or divorced people are the ones who are more likely to say something about it. I'm happily married. I don't really mention it, and I'm sure others in a similar situation do the same.

If web components will be built-in, I imagine it's possible for browsers to provide a way to style them in user-land.

On your last point, it's easier to see all props the component depends on when you destructure them upfront like that.

Also note that not being "a healthy person" may not be your fault. Some people's digestive systems weaken over time, causing them to often feel less full when eating (and thus eat more without realizing it).
