You can send voice memos in chat. I use it when I'm on the move. It is in beta, but I think they also have video uploading, which probably means recording audio and video.

Why not talk to a few executive headhunters? They can sometimes chart career paths or pivots that you might not have seen or thought about. The good ones have their finger on the pulse of things and could offer some insights.
