Still feel this is missing the preciseness of former google code search. It doesn't respect many of the symbols common in programming languages. Here is an example. The query "format(args" will match "func formatArgs(args", but not "func fo

Main navigation doesn't work in Chromium Version 23.0.1271.91 (167501) due to a floating error. "Featured Sites" doesn't fit on the nav.

I wish they simply fixed their regular code search. It has never worked and is one of the features I miss. Russ Cox's Google Code Search was an excellent example of how this should look like, to bad it's gone as well.

Just came home from work on my bicycle in Copenhagen. Didn't know we had superhighway's. I understand the effort of trying to make the long distance routes more pleasant, though. We have another problem however, which is that the inner city

This feature exists at distro-level package managers. Why should Redis solve this as well?

I guess my problem, as a consumer, is that I never expect to actually to be able to buy a Google hardware product. Compared to a hardware company like Apple, I know I can go to my local store to get that fancy device I just heard about on t

How does Google manage to only have one retailer who actually sells the device in Europe. It feels as if every time they [Google] introduce something new and cool (phone, computer ...) it is only available for a selected few. Then when we a

What about us Euro JavaScript junkies? Are we not entitled to a text version of the talk, maybe in the form of a HN comment. Are we not!?

Look at github.com/robots.txt and you'll see there is no bingbot listed there. I'm not sure if this affects the result in your query, but it might well just be a case of bing respecting a robots.txt file.

Growing up on the Norwegian country side. We walked or went by bike in the summer. In the winter we went by ski or "spark" [1]. I remember on Saturday's we were allowed to go to the closest grocery store for candy. This was 4 km away. The t

I cant see how adding such a wast amount of features makes the API cleaner. You made the library more complex than what it already was. Fixing Fabric should in my opinion be done, not in a backwards compatible way, but by forking it and tak
