It took me a while to understand that it was fiction too. I spent a few minutes anxiously pondering if I could somehow have overlooked one of the most important cryptographic event in decades. It's very well made.

That's a very interesting move. The patch seems fairly small, but now it's a patch that Brave needs to maintain and update every time they merge a new upstream version. That's what makes me wary of the whole Chromium fork con

I'm generally worried for the future of Firefox, but this particular decision doesn't really sound all that significant to me. I don't really think it's reasonable for Firefox to officially support every single proprieta

I don't understand what FR and AMO mean. Are you saying that many extensions are not compatible with Firefox Mobile?

Maybe it was just too small a market share to warrant supporting? That was my first guess.

I don't know about the Amazon Devices version, but on Android Firefox works great in my experience. In particular the advantage is that it does support extensions.

The words individually could indeed be French but we'd use the oblique case here, "et toi (aussi), Procter & Gamble?". Also, I'm not sure what the usage would be in classical Latin, but using the singular to talk abo

Downvoting for disagreement is toxic to discourse and how echo chambers like Reddit are born. It may be tolerated but it shouldn't be encouraged IMO.

Last I checked, end-to-end was only available on the phone app (not the desktop client) and only for one-on-one conversations. That's a pretty huge difference, but one that most people won't even understand or care about. But the

That's great to know, I didn't know they had improved on that front. Last time I tried to do it you had to manually copy a file from a micro-SD card (and it was only supported on Android) and then you had to copy a crypto key. In

I agree that if it's true it's incredibly damning and probably warrants some hard evidence. That being said it's still a strange move by Signal, given that it's still a rather niche messenger that's now integrating

Same experience here. I'm absolutely flabbergasted that the Signal devs decided to implement something like stickers (which, btw, are a pale imitation of what Telegram offers in terms of ease of use and discovery) before they implement
