I have given up on Google AdWords due to the exact issue you describe. Trying to restrict my advertising budget to just one city and do a hard geographic restriction to just US IP addresses did not work. I filed 5 tickets over two weeks wit

It certainly does exist. CenturyLink, Level3, Frontier, Verizon and such all sell tarriffed internet access services that won't bow to pressure campaigns like this. Its nowhere near as cheap as Cloudflare or other unregulated providers

Are you really going to check the LRN for each user's number every day? If not, restricting to wireless only is pointless. Bandwidth.com will happily port in and out phone numbers from wireless carriers in minutes, you could easily hav

What qualifies though? Are US Cellular, Inland Wireless, Viaero, Verizon and such whitelisted? If so, which of their operating carrier numbers are whitelisted? Or are they doing this the ghetto fabulous way by NPA-NXX carrier allocation wit

Even here in expensive Seattle our top rate (when you go above 500kWh a month, which is $0.1056/kWh) is $0.1307 per kWh. If you go just north the top rate falls to $0.10/kWh, and many PUDs in the state charge around half that pric

That margin is more than many commercial and industrial customers pay in Washington State. In the cheaper public utility districts here, the per kWh price is only double those rates, with no time of day pricing or similar shenanigans.
