Well frankly, as a aero/mech engineer I'd definitely pull out the UTM and the aero chamber. Your vice grip isn't going to be enough. [For those wondering, first the aero chamber to determine Cd and terminal velocity. Then the UTM be used to

Even I would like an expert to answer this. Assuming my domain is a .com domain, does the USA have jurisdiction over the company even if say, it's registered in Sweden?

This article suddenly reminded me of another link that was on front page a few weeks ago. That one was on how to incorporate a company in another country without being there. People wanted to incorporate their software startups in the US du

> App Stores have made consumer software cost expectations too cheap. Not just that. Previously when you released a paid desktop app, you weren't expected to give out free upgrades to the user. With the App store model, if a user purc

I prefer to use oxford comma where I'm writing a long list of items, and those items contain sets within themselves. For instance, while listing computer brands that include Dell, HP, Acer, Toshiba, Alienware, Compaq and ASUS, I wouldn't us

The reviews say that the Prime has a pretty good keyboard. I'm so tempted to buy this one, but I decided to skip this and wait for Haswell instead. I'm reasonably sure I can pull my Core 2 Duo/Penryn for another year.

I bought a generic run of the mill but powerful Sager NP8662 3 years ago. It's a Clevo, and other than the fingerprint reader, I don't need any other custom drivers on Ubuntu. Even the bloody webcam and card reader work out of the box on 12

It depends on what you want. If you want linux μC programming then RPi has a bunch of GPIO pins which I'm sure will be easily addressable under Linux. I'm not able to see anything like that on this one. But holy mother of god, this has 6 US

I agree with what you say. I also noticed that if you're able to crystallize the reasons you want a linux computer for, then you can make a decision between the screen and screen-less ones. For instance, if you need a low powered media pl

This is very beautiful, and if you step back for a second, quite awesome. Just remember that those long pauses in the movie where the "stream" is held between the Earth and cloud, that entire process lasts for less than what we can see norm

Good point. I agree. But if they wouldn't have bought a copy, then they weren't entitled to using it in the first place correct? I mean, companies generally prefer you pirate their products than their competitors. But if we're going to be

I was trying to, oh well nevermind. My point is that, the developer created it. He demands that for each license that is being used, he expects a sale. And we are denying him that sale by talking about "theft" and "copy" and all that.

I think you've unknowingly nailed the problem. Unlike men, womens' fashion moves at a very rapid pace. So for long term, it'd be more prudent to buy something timeless rather than the current trend.
