It is really interesting that Gokrazy uses an upstream kernel (with a couple of minor patches). https://github.com/gokrazy/kernel/blob/3ecdc901da51c2c5b6bf7...

The wrong end of San Jose to Mountain View takes me about 25 minutes when traffic is good. And at least an hour when it isn’t. I play tech podcasts or audio files made from Coursera lectures or YouTube videos.

I have not. But I have used several other similar CLI tools. I prefer short programs of my own instead of long verbose commands.

I just looked at the first animation. If I find myself typing commands this long, I know I'm doing it wrong.

Setting aside the distributed nature of git, if I delete a tag and add it again to point at a different commit id, how can the tag be considered immutable? If I step away from my desk and come back and look at a commit id, I know it is exa

I found your post interesting. What you describe looks like something I might want to use or at least experiment with. That was the reason I requested information on the software you were using. I don't know 'tptacek' or how

Tethering takes the same number of clicks (2) as switching to a different wifi network. It couldn't be easier.

Where does it say on https://babeljs.io that babel is a "transpiler"?

Completely agree. Even the Babel project has the good taste to simply call themselves a compiler. https://babeljs.io Babel is a JavaScript compiler.

What do you mean by "regardless of the OS"? Docker is primarily for running Linux programs.
