I have loved the Modular Monolith (or Modulith) approach with strict abstraction. It keeps it in same code base/deployment and at the same time keeps it modular enough to be extracted into independently networked services later.

CNN really hates Tesla. For obvious reasons. And no CNN news on Tesla should be taken seriously. In this case, it's overblowing the news. I am a Tesla fan, but always support its criticism. But this is something much more insidious

I may be cynical here, but I find that all open source datadog alternatives are mostly frontend focussed with an out of the box database. And it does not scale well. It's not easy to maintain, scale, shard etc. Am I wrong? P.S. I a

You are absolutely right! I haven't ever defended FSD or this finger cutting issue. But I do think media is overly critical of Tesla compared to legacy auto.

This is certainly a hazard. But is it such a big one that it overshadows every other cool aspect of the car? I am a Tesla fan, and hence may be biased. Tesla cars certifiably are one of the safest out there. This should have an OTA fix.
