Please give us list of the imaginary professions you and all your imaginary friends worked as parttime. Lets have a laugh.

Partime jobs are for people which doesn't have time for fulltime jobs (like students), or people with schedule not suitable for fulltime job (like single mothers), or elderly with low pensions. All these jobs are for unqualified (minim

Life it not unfair. You've picked that right friend and you've earned that one friend, and you've kept that one friend for ages. If someone does exact opposite of what you've did, than it's not unfair he's doin

Exactly ... PE's wants shorterm return, just numbers in a sheetbook, and they special execs for such jobs. Their only "strategy" (my dog can figure out better) is aggresive monetization, layoffs pushing remaining employees to

Your level of thinking is defined by ICD-10. Yeah, authors don't want to be recognized as authors, they don't want any reward for their work, they don't want to amass pool of loyal readers, interact with them, etc. All they w

I would love to see the "depth" of your knowledge in those topics. You literally proved the OP's point ... thinking you're learning. More like scratching the surface, with lots of invalid data while not being able to rec

Till this day, there's literally no game with such smooth movement as had Quakeworld or Q3A CPMA/Defrag. They've literally reinvented "platformer speedrunning" to a whole different level.

Memory has tencency to bend reality for better. Every room with torches was max 9FPS on 320x200 on DX2 OCed to 3x50MHz, literally 50% performance over your PC. Turnig off all objects through console made torches vanished and FPS doubled.

Exactly. I remember schoolmates with AMD K6 (which had exceptionally weak FPU) having to purchase atleast the cheapest OpenGL GPU like Rendition Verite V1000 to play with decent FPS, while guys with 166MMX could play it software rendered.

Yeah ... "new features", especially the torches, to show me that FPU of 486 OCed to 150MHz is not enough :) Good old days of 7-15 FPS being better than nothing.

All online relationships are only for the good times. You really need a friend in bad times, and then you'll find out who is really a friend.

Birds love to fly, just like dogs love to run, or people love to do variety of stupid shit just to amuse themself. There's no need to do scientific research for that. Simple observation is good enough.

Only thing stupid people are really good at is being butthurt. Keep downvoting my comment because reality offends you. I really love the "level of thinking" that this will somehow hurt me. Thank you for proving my point.

Yes, reality is racist. Statistics is racist. Nobel prize laureates are racist. Whole science is racist ... it's totally inaccessible to people with IQ 2 standard deviations below average.

Situation on market is very simple to explain: People spending months in 8-5 jobs to save money to buy HW don't bother to spend few minutes to make research on what they're buying. I have Ugreen DXP4800 plus NAS with 10-core i5-1

There's an old programming rule since 90's: By fixing a bug, 3 new bugs appear. I can imagine the quality of bug fixing by unsupervised (we save money by layoffs) halucinating AI at current state of development.

Tou've said it perfectly. Last time when link between work and material comfort was disconnected was communism. It looked good on paper from 1920's perspective, but was a downward spiral. If we are to be functioning society, peopl

Plato was philosopher. Not sociopath. For sociopaths, power over other people is only thing that matters. It's not a burden, money is nice, but it's mostly a tool to have more power.

I have a guy which can fix almost anything. But well, he has high paying job, and has 600k EUR apartment. You can't expect him to waste weekend fixing something for pennies. Unlike a guy living in shed, driving 20+ yo Daewoo Lanos.
