That's beautiful, I'd love a monospaced variant of this to replace Comic Mono in my IDE/Fira Mono in my terminal. IANA font expert though, would that even be possible?

We're not using Github Actions, but CircleCI is also failing git operations on Github (it doesn't recognise our SSH keys).

As someone who's been through that dance twice, it's 5 years from the time (well, day) you press "Submit" if you're applying online, or $RANDOM days of Royal Mail nonsense if you choose to apply by post. I agree tho

CSV/Delimited file format management, for sure. (Reading, writing, choice of field/record delimiters, escaping, working with Excel's CSV quirks, etc.)

Could someone please post what this disappeared bit is supposed to look like? Looks legible to me when I screenshot and open in Preview on MacOS 15.6.1 (Firefox).

Totally OT, but thanks so much for DataTables! I used it for a tiny personal project a few years back and it's been quietly chugging away with barely any maintenance required. It was so easy to get up and running with the documentation

Funnily enough, the blog post itself has a counterexample in their singular noun example: the table^Wrelation name is `user` which is highlighted by the syntax highlighter as being a keyword. I'd wager the same thing would happen for a

My Pi-hole runs on a ~13 year old Model B, which has survived several house moves. Definitely don't need top of the line hardware for it!

Yeah I was just about to say this -- I used Sametime via Pidgin (I think it may still have been called Gaim back then) on my work Linux machine and it was actually quite nice. My favourite Sametime feature within Pidgin was, well, tabs (I c

Why do you assume their costs are going up the same percentage? It's not clear from the linked article, but maybe their costs per your example are going up 12% from 500 to 600, and they're only raising prices by 10% to 1100 to ke

Well, Copilot is an anagram of "Clip too", which is sort of like Clippy 2.0, or Clippy Too. Microsoft's really missing a trick here!

Having done a bit of consulting for Chelsea FC, I wouldn't recommend working there in an office job. Poor pay (I doubt anyone below "Head of"/CxO even touches 6 figures) and very average working conditions.
