Hopefully they bring back the name for the 3rd Gerald Ford class carrier (CVN-80). It's scheduled for service in 2025 so presumably they'll name it in the next 5-7 years.

That depends on your user base. If it's just the wider internet that's accurate, but if you're aiming at government or big corporate clients, you'd better check your analytics first.

Your point stands but it's a little higher than that in recent elections; low 50s to low 60s depending on the election. http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/data/turnout.php (historical figures) http://www.oregonlive.com/today/index.ssf/2012/1

It's worth noting that the current crop of NoSQL databases isn't _that_ old, and many of these sites were designed and built years before mongo or riak were really production ready. I'd bet that in 3-5 years this list will have more nontrad

I've seen this map on the web a number of times, so the designer may have found it there instead of the from the print magazine. Cool touch though!

That depends on how much you play them =). I own about 100 bucks in Ticket to Ride Europe + 2 map packs, but we've probably played it for 100+ hours now... On the other hand Battlelore sits unused because my friends don't dig it, so I'm at

Two obvious reasons come to mind (unsure if these guys solve either) - 1 - Scalability. It's nice to have instant scale up/down 2 - Complex deployment - Heroku has proven that if you can make it dead simple to use git and spin up tons of da

Can someone who knows a bit more about this idea chime in on if it's really plausible? A multi-story building in NYC with an elevator for 1.5MM? Do they already own the land or something? It sounds like at least one of the partners already

Ah, that makes sense to me. I hadn't thought about the multiple people access problem since I've never needed more than one set of guest keys at a time, and the offices I've worked in were all big enough to use keycards. Come to think of it

The 'allow getusermedia' policy is handled by the browser, not javascript. It's possible that some day there will be a browser bug for bypassing it, but you can't just write javascript code that says "don't ask for permission". Nowadays the

I have a kindle touch with ads, and honestly I sort of prefer them over the ad-less version. Those same 10 screensavers on the ad-less one get old fast, and I even buy an advertised product on rare occasions. They really need to hook it up

I think that the kind of Millenials this article is trying to describe (DC/NY/SF types) don't live in places where housing is affordable. I'm pretty much a spot on example of what this article's describing; I live in DC where the average pe
