Now is as good a time as any to disable Flash and Java in my browser. Not sure why I haven't done this earlier. Props to Microsoft though. Nice! :)

> and deleted (not deactivated) Can you explain this further? I wish to delete my Facebook account permanently, but I'm under the impression you can (these days) only deactivate it. Do you know another way? Thanks!

Very interesting, although I dislike the "ice rink" feel. It makes the game very difficult to control. I'm unsure if this is intentional. A sandbox approach might be good. I found myself wanting to experiment and change the speed of time my

I'm not sure how you expect this to proceed without at least some kind of foundation.

I stopped abusing Facebook about a year ago, and really haven't missed it at all. The reason I stopped using is because I realised that quantity of posts was increasing while the quality was decreasing. My news feed just to be app activity,

Yes I know, but if I'm not at my own workstation I have to remember to change it. I'd like to go to duckduckgo.co.uk and have it immediately default to UK search - the same way Google.com does based on my IP.

Kind of unrelated, but maybe someone from DDG will read this. It would be really awesome if when I went to duckduckgo.co.uk it would default to UK search instead of US! :)

You don't need to use annotations with Symfony2. You can use yaml or xml configs if you want. I have a big project written with Symfony2 - not a single annotation to be found.

This looks really awesome. I'm quite excited about this! I'm very interested in betting and this looks like I could have a lot of fun! Shame I'll never use it, because I don't have Facebook.

Joke aside, this whole rapid release thing is irritating when it requires me to restart my browser all the time.

I'm using K9 on Android. There is a quiet time option which disables notifications. :) Hope this helps!

My phone goes into email notification silent mode after 6pm and back on again at 9am. Works great for me.

http://emberjs.com/ The font here really sucks, for me anyway. I cannot see the "cross" of the t. It just looks like an l. Anyone else see this?

Still suffers from region locks, inability to get it on my TV easily, late release times, and all those other things that are made so easy when you download TV.

Movies and TV need a Steam alternative. I used to steal every single game I played. Even games that had online play, I would play on cracked servers. These days I buy every single game on Steam, and if it's not on Steam I still buy it on Pl

You should use debugging not only to learn and fix bugs, but also to check your code actually does what you think it does.

No. It's not "pretty clear". I read the article and I had no idea. But then, if you'd have RTFA then perhaps you would have known that too?
