I was just about to say the same: OpenSCAD is CAD for programmers. It's very different from what's generally considered "CAD". That's not necessarily a bad thing; there's a clientele for it, especially here on

Is that due to some kind of issue with the architecture, or just a matter of software support? In the latter case, I'd expect patches for AMD or Intel to become a priority pretty quickly. After all, they need their products to run on s

Where I'm from, they just hide the meat in dumplings to eat on Fridays. No way God could ever see through that ruse!

Yup, a friend's wife used to be a vegetarian. The occasional chicken for dinner never put a dent in that self-assessment.

Yeah, those were different times. On one of my first flights alone, 16-year-old me had forgotten I had a knife in my backpack. X-ray guy took it with him to a back room, measured the blade to be shorter than, idk, 12 cm or so, and just hand

FWIW, I wouldn't hesitate to install a 3D printed air-filter housing in my car, if I had printed it myself out of e.g. PAHT or sourced it from a trusty vendor. It's not rocket science, just engineering.

It absolutely can. Not all 3D printing is kids' toys. In the end it depends on the application. Vibe coded flight management systems, anyone?

Except that it wasn't, it's just what "the owner understood from the vendor". But the AAIB measured the Tg of material samples to be about 53 °C, which is very low and strongly suggests it being PLA or PLA-CF. I wonder i
