You would be wrong, they are about equal in size, both accounting for about a third of the anthropogenic emissions.

You can call it painstaking but I mostly found it painful to read. I mean you don't need that much text or numbers to argue most of the AI hardware spend seems driven by two companies, who likely need to spend more next year to mat

I get the feeling the author had a very simple and clear idea and then spent a lot of time fumbling about trying to present it clearly. At one point I'm pretty sure there are six paragraphs shortly after each other that are all trying

That's a fair point, I'm not even sure I was even arguing against your comment. Mostly just pointing out stuff I thought was relevant.

If we're doing a meta discussion on the quality of arguments it ought to be pointed out that Popper is not exactly modern any more so like objectivism, falsifiability is not some kind of holy grail any more. A bigger issue with string

I think 1/f is the uniform measure for scaling rather than translations. It's to multiplication what the standard uniform measure is for addition. If you want to be boring you could call it the uniform distribution for log frequen

I mean the difference operator kind of forces the potential field to have 'derivatives' between -K and K inclusive right? That makes it Lipschitz by definition.

The headers that push a bit into the margin are an interesting stylistic choice, but why on earth does it have to be random? Did something change that affected the layout somehow? (ironically)

It's about taking a holistic view of the situation as well. Shipping is a big producer world wide, but stopping it entirely barely makes a dent. A lot more is industry, appliances, heating. And those boats make a lot less of an impact

I think its an article about gourds? With some climate change opinions in the middle. The climate change part raises some good points, but why gourds?

In the systems that skip those dates, do they then correctly allow dates like February 29th 1500? If not I'd argue the system should disallow dates before the switchover.

Well it's going to be a matter of time anyway, I'm already forced to use an app when I'd rather not. But more than that I want to have a choice.

I don't care about any of these, I just want to be able to have whatever Google pay does without Google. You could claim that's not an android problem but if you do I don't think you've ever had to explain to people your

There's an idea here but I don't think it's clear enough. Ironically. At any rate even if you wish to judge the idea rather than the way someone wrote it down then I still think LLMs don't help. Because the one thing I d

I assume Kimi does provide logits. You can do cross entropy both ways. With slightly different results. Edit: No that doesn't seem to be what's happening here. I think it's some kind of word frequency analysis.

Seems like a different problem. You can't offer hardware at a price you can't buy new hardware with, so there isn't much of a choice there. But pricing away existing customers simply to lower demand is a bold move, especial

Not only that, what is the point confining someone to prevent the spread of a disease about a quarter of the world is already infected with? I suppose there could be reasons, but I don't know them.
