Disagree. “Hack” typically implies malicious intent so it kind of does matter. “Leak” probably would have been more appropriate since this appears to have been the result of negligence rather than malice.

Simple solution to this: Never do anything important or give out info on an incoming phone call. Always hang up, find the proper number online, and call back to continue the conversation.

This is just a symptom of the cultural zeitgeist moving out of the mainstream distribution channels. People are still listening to new music, it’s just not happening the way it used to (e.g. labels, records, radio, or even streaming service
