No, 'evasion' implies breaking the law. I think the parent was referring specifically to Prince Charles and the Duchy of Cornwall's curious tax affairs. As you say, the rest of the rest pay tax.

OK, but 'republicanism' is just the ideal opposed to monarchy (or similar arbitrary or hereditary rule). It's not a peculiarity of UK usage (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucretia ).

'Healthfully' (as in healthful) or 'healthily' (as in healthy) are both fine according to the OED. Personally I've never heard of 'healthful'. Looking around Fowler's Modern English Usage suggests preference for 'healthful' is a U.S. thing

OP means 'error bars' in the sense of giving and idea of the accuracy of the measured value (e.g. standard deviation, standard error).

WorldWideWeb had image support well before this (in a separate window?), and certain included inline images c1993-1994. Seems like an odd thing to do if Tim didn't like them.
