Love this typeface. Used this specifically for the ultra small UI for pulltherope.app

This is going to be a tough one. On one hand I absolutely hate how google is trying to strongarm this deal through their various properties. On the other hand, google pulling out of Australia will definitely impact a lot of businesses badly

Title makes it sound like Vikkstar cheated but he's leaving because there are many cheaters. I can confirm this, been playing rebirth island since the last month and there's been a cheater in at least 1 out of 5 games. We usually

This seems pretty useful. Addy's Javascript patterns is also a useful side read: https://addyosmani.com/resources/essentialjsdesignpatterns/b...

It really depends which place are you working at. If you're at a fast paced startup or a AAA gaming company, I can imagine working overtime almost every week plus extra time on weekends. But if you're working at a small/mediu

"Startup is a really low paying job" At least in this beginning, this holds very true. Can't agree more.

At a first glance, this looks good. However, users will be quickly annoyed when they can't interact with 95% of websites and the other 5% throws page weight errors.

It doesn't work like that. Cloudinary caches the transform so you only pay for the first time for the transform. Of course, you do have to pay for the bandwidth but by then the image would be cached somewhere on the network or on the b

It worked in the sense that one way to shutdown a computer is to throw it out of the windows. Look at NSW for how its done. Reasonable sensible decisions taken over months with contact tracing that actually works.

Sidenote but does anybody know how feasible it is to install mac on a virtual machine and develop extensions for safari?

Agreed, they added Nomads faction recently. And its really popular these days. The only problem is that you still need a relatively good pc(good processor ideally) to play this game, considering that its over a decade old.

Surprising to see no mention of Supreme Commander. This game isn't just alive, its thriving and getting popular(the FAF mod, not the base game). Maybe RTS games are not being actively made but the mods are very much alive.

I've been building complex UIs since early this year and one thing that's been interesting is that whenever I add a feature which performs an action automatically for the user(let's call this a smart action), it almost always

If you're on ios, use apollo app. Its not reddit's app so privacy concerns are nill but they have the best ui hands-down to browse reddit. Also, NSFW posts work fine on apollo ;)

For context, that's in another state and the number has rose from 0 > 35 so its still manageable. You can't even remotely compare that to UK.

No Man's Sky actually aged like fine wine with the updates they pushed over time. We still have to see what happens with CP2077.

Yep that's correct. Building a product is usually the easy(and enjoyable) part. Building the business logic is a slow, unenjoyable trudge.
