So at least three reputable sources recommend not changing passwords periodically. Maybe that can persuade my employer though i doubt it. One aspect though is that some people tend to use the same password in multiple places and with passwo

This would be an excellent opportunity for Joe Biden to show what kind of president he is, clearly the behavior of the police is unacceptable but what to do if the police doesn't care. But frankly I don't think he will do much. Ab

Chocolatey is quite good as well and in my opinion it does what it is supposed to. It only supports NuGet v2 which is becoming a problem, but being a open source project it's anyone's guess when improved NuGet support will be avai

Indeed, having your freedom taken away like that is an overreaction. Until recently nobody in the US had the idea of removing restrictions and allowing 40.000 to gather for sport events. That was until Texas did it and they are doing just a

Being wrong is easy, but being bold and going against the flow is much more admirable. That makes Greg Abbott so much more interesting, here is a quick example: https://www.texastribune.org/2021/04/06/texas-gr

(3) only really works in isolated communities and islands such as those mentioned. I would choose a mix of (1) and (2), but no matter what we say here it won't change the past. Going forward we can either choose the goal of no masks, n

It seems like a very lazy way for the employer to check if the employees are doing their work. That relationship must build on trust and in this case that trust is not there. Sad that the only way to show you disagree is to quit, the worker

It's all pretty speculative at this point, but it seems very reasonable to investigate the J&J vaccine as it causes the same problems as AZ. When that investigation ends, then the J&J vaccine can be opened up for those willing

Even after an outdoor event with 40.000 spectators Texas is still doing fine, they are at more than 30% who has started vaccination. https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/texas/

Not sure why you have been down voted, the only recent large-scale study of face masks worn by regular people, did not reach any consensus. Common sense would say that wearing something covering your nose and mouth is better than nothing at

Also agree here, if the population is living under restrictions then a lower figure than expected could be true. That number will be higher with no restrictions at all, due to more activity overall. For me herd immunity is only a way to per

Hopefully a low number of new cases and deaths will make the vaccine passport idea go away.

Maybe because daily cases and daily deaths are down considerably and more than one third of California have begun vaccination. Then you have Texas who is at the same point with just about 30% that have begun vaccination. And hosting outdoor
