Regarding posting inline on web pages, and on billboards, you seem to be discussing locations which are acceptable and not acceptable for resumes and ads. So could I summarize your point as resumes are acceptable if they are posted in certa

The point about $B is a matter of scale, so I don't think it matters, unless you are saying that companies with only $hundreds to spend on ads do not count as advertising. The point about it being part of the hiring process seems to be

I'm sure you know that when you use Google, search results are a side effect which is used to draw you to use Google, the main product being provided are the ads.

Following these thoughts, and flipping the argument the other way: For those of you reading who are against advertising, do you advertise your abilities and skillsets to potential employers that you wish to work for by sending them resumes

Interesting ironic comment. Googling for a solution is implicitly asking Google to serve you ads regarding that solution.

This never really made sense to me. God created man. The level of curiosity, the level of self control, the level of obedience in man, these were all set by God. Either he had no idea that the levels he set would eventually lead man to sin,

Regarding tastysandwich's comment about having no time to read, my hack is to put the book I want to read in the bathroom, and never bring my phone with me. This give me some time to read every day, and I've polished off several b

I was already regularly wearing masks in the winter before the pandemic for the same reason, it kept my face nice and warm. Of course it was cloth masks, not N95. But I did wear N95 when the air quality was especially bad.

I don't know Thai, but if Thai has an F sound, or if there are distinct L and R sounds, then Hangul would need new symbols.
