I had an idea for something like that, not sure how the logistics would work out. But it would be cool.

Really 100 pushups in one go, being obese, lol! Since you know a ton of these people, why don't you post a video, btw when I say obese ( its not some muscled dude like the rock, who qualifies as obsese when you consider an outdated mea

Really optimize for them? Doing pushups or increasing grip strengths are not things that you can improve in isolation. To get to even 20 pushups, you can't be obsese, you need enough strength in your shoulders, the core has to be stron

I actually looked at some kind of hybrid co-working option where people could join you at your home/apartment for co-working, I would not mind the company.

Same here in the Bay area, but they have this place called Hacker Dojo, an old-school co working space. $200/month. I generally go to a lot of coffeeshops and in the summer breweries :-)

It will only work with certain jobs, you need a company-wide buy-in, will not work with only few people working remote and majority onsite, the experience level of the folks involved, communication tools. We have 4-5 offices with people com

I've been working remotely for 2 years. What I would do is find a co-working space, where you can get out and socialize, maybe join some meetups. When I actually need to code, I go to coffee shops. These are some of the things that I d

My fundamental issue was that the value is so wildly varying and not being accepted at regular places that it fails horribly as a medium of exchange for goods and services.

I think this may have to do with density, India is 1/4 the size of the US and has 4X the population.

Don't they have free food and a foosball/ping-pong table? Isn't that pretty much a staple? Or, is it the co-workers that suck?

This is fantastic, I started working remotely a couple years back and then moved cities as well. I am an extrovert, but not the kind who will actively strive to make conversations. But I started doing this, and it's amazing!

I looked at Vrumi and the cost is ridiculous! $20/day/person tops, I go to Hacker Dojo in the Bay area and it's a decent place with good wifi, nothing fancy and its about that much.

I thought at some point why not convert the garage, that way they're not bothering me. Would have cost me 10K tops to put an AC, nice flooring in the garage.

Btw, when I was in LA looked at the closest Wework in Hollywood, and the parking was about $10/day. Now you are paying about $600/month.

It's interesting that godaddy would opt for a wework rather than leasing office space and setting it up. Probably less cost and hassle?

I have the next billion-dollar business idea, an " Airbnb for coworking spaces". Convert your existing house to a co-working space. Looked at Wework, already pay too much for rent in the Bay area. I work from home, and would not m

That's why I like the push-pull workout, since it focusses on building overall strength, also I've found don't just do the same exercises over and over, vary the workout, so you hit all muscle groups.
