Here's the problem with Hulu's guarantee. Sure the ad plays all the way to the end when I'm watching a video. Thats because it has to in order for me to watch the rest of my show. I'm already invested so unless I have to leave I'm going to

That would be fine but it doesn't solve any of the problems really. Apple will still have control over their store. Google Play will continue to let you in and then review if they get a complaint (at least I assume that's how they do it). U

I've definitely read things, and maybe they were just statements from the RIAA/MPAA, that said copyright infringement was exactly the same thing as theft. Or am I making that up?

So if our code isn't a physical thing and can't be stolen, can we say the same thing for other digital files, like movies and music?

So it's a mix of Path and Pair and Google Plus and a few other things probably. I'm all for trying but how many social networks are we really going to have. I was hopeful for Path but I can't seem to sell any of my friends on it

That's great, Github really should advertise that educational section more. I've sent in the request for that plan.

Wow, it's like you're making a completely new argument that no one has ever made before. If you own a Mac you know that you personally can somehow justify the extra cost. I'll add in that your computer is not going to be obsolete in as long

Gee I wonder which phone you enjoy better? I'm not trying to start an OS war but some of the points you make in the second half could be avoided with doing your settings the way you want them in the first place instead of wondering about it

Spotlight or quicksilver would be your friend in this case. The other developer utilities have been moved inside the Xcode.app bundle but you can access them and add them to the dock if you use them very frequently.
