What do you mean, if you still code? I assume everyone on HN still at the very least review actual code in an IDE or editor.

More vibe coded slop hitting HN

Claude sounds even worse in other languages because the LLM clearly "thinks" in English, then translates. It's horrific at times.

Not in Norway. Most people live in actual houses, whether they are detached and freestanding or attached, you still have a place for your car and therefore the opportunity install a charger.

Is that really how LA central is these days, the mexicans and the hood taking over?

Sim City 2000 for example had elevation [1]. The issue is that LLM's simply don't "get this". It's vibecoded. [1] https://patcoston.com/sc2k/city/images/Calebopolis_Big.png

I've been busy with a rendered isometric map recently and I figured this is something Opus can help with, but it was near useless at understanding isometric designs along with elevation changes. It kept me busy for days.

It's vibe coded. LLM's have a hard time understanding elevation and isometric display.

No, the grumpy coworker was called upon for something you as his peer could have asked from Claude and not wasted his time. Ridiciulous I know, but I've actually seen this happen.

Of course your grumpy coworker might then respond: "So if you can ask Claude, why did you ask me then?"

Both horrific (from a user's perspective, perhaps not the underlying code). I've noticed another type of AI slop that's prevalent in all the popular models; font sizes and variations like you wouldn't believe. It's

I have never seen that in real life though, only regular 70 mm film of which 65 mm is definitely used for the picture and audio channels for the rest. E.g Lawrence of Arabia

I was referring to regular 70mm, in which 65mm is for the picture and 5mm is to allow for the sound channels. I am not surprised - squeezing even more out of the film, that IMAX would just put audio separately.

Tried both, 70mm (65mm is video, 5mm is audio) is just superior in every way. There's nothing out there that compares, digital projections are still far behind.

I've seen a real 70mm projection print, the sharpness combined with brightness is hard to describe. But nowadays I can't find anything close to me that has this option. What I do know is that most movies in cinemas these days aren

Not a problem unless your system has busy queue processing 24/7 though, which I bet is pretty rare for most companies.

What exactly is bright? I don't disagree with you on pre-brushed metal and so on. I am running Tahoe in bright mode (not a fan of dark mode unless it's an IDE or a terminal emulator), and I can't really say it's screams

This is probably true, but I'm pretty happy just using the template engine on the server side and keeping thing DRY as much as possible. Htmx is still going to be faster by orders of magnitude to write and maintain, so choose where to

The main difference is that htmx is server driven, and it's HATEOAS (hypermedia driven). Angular was always client side only with data binding and state management. So as far as frameworks go, they are pretty much as different as they

For what it's worth, Claude Code is really good with HTMX and with adding that glue logic if needed.

Having adopted Angular 1 back when it was new, I can promise you it's completely different than Htmx.
