I'm sure this was discussed before when this story made the rounds last month, but this continues to make little sense to me: http://code.google.com/speed/webp/gallery.html WebP might be great, but how can it be a meaningful comparison --

I don't understand the title. Why is this a killer feature for Java Developers? The Django admin is the killer feature for most anyone. For example, even if you are coming from Rails, the Django Admin is a more refined interface than basi

Concept and presentation look great. I know you probably weren't looking for technical feedback, but... your site was just a tad slow to load for me, so I suspect a bit of the "hacker news" effect on your server. It looks like you've alread

Agreed that this is all cool stuff. But as developer of a webapp that heavily leverages webcam / mic access (blatant plug: http://activeinterview.com ), I'm waiting anxiously for this to get fleshed out: http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-devi

Couldn't agree more. If you application is heavily dependent on UI (like most any webapp), then you massively benefit from having one person that's able to do it all. It's a competitive advantage you can't live without. There is just too
