As a FF user, I just presume they have done things right and they are being sabotaged, or at best not even tested, until I can find a bug to the contrary at this point. But they have won even with me to some extent. I have Chromium installe

I don't try to clean myself with my toilet seat. It might "self clean" with water, but that is far from sterile. And yes of course a sink used to wash after using the toilet is dirty, as are the towels used to dry your hands.

I don't understand the TP thing. You need to dry up with TP anyways. I certainly don't want an integrated seat that gets filthy with splash back when somebody takes a dump. I can understand the wands more, but still they risk gett

What parameters were trying to control and using as controlling factors using PID on ad spending? Would you have done it differently if you were selling a different product/service?

Except that all my packages are out of date, and manually install a ton of stuff because of missing features or unpatched bugs. But it's a good first start.

What happened to the days when you could be asked about your interests and you would get ads based on that, rather than voyeuristically watching your every move to predict what your next fix will be?

You can download maps in the maps app. I download a pretty large area because I drive a lot. Not that it takes away from your point, but at least there is that.

There is nothing that makes an installed app, with higher permissions, more trustworthy than a web app. Getting rid of js altogether is just throwing away the web to make it something poorly performing and requires sending all data back to

That is only 140 ppi. It's not terrible, but it is tiring on the eyes. 1080p at 11 inches is 200ppi. That is not too much for people to ask.

So you are saying that pinch and double tap should just be removed from js specs because one company arbitrarily decided you can't use them anymore. Whatever. Also, MS office and Adobe are web apps and far more complex than almost any

The OS or browser should not just take over one of the primary means of interacting with an app and effectively disable it for any other use. You might as well just pull those gestures out of the specs at that point. The point of an os or b

As I said to someone else, I was referring to unknown unknowns and the need to stay vigilant, not to blood clot risks specifically. And I stated expressly that I think the vaccinations should continue. But let's not just stop learning.

I never said anything like "the blood clot risk might be 1 in 10k". I said that there can be things that come up a lot more than 1 in 100k that were not found in the trials (not referring to anything specific, just unknown unknown

It's obviously not well tested enough to not get pulled out of use despite the pandemic, so more testing as we move forward seems appropriate. OP has a point, although the form of testing will probably be one less likely to cause peopl

Who will interpret what is meant by "service provider"? If it is just a data seller who buys it without receiving it in the course of providing a service to the first company, is it covered? Will it require a ruling to know for su

I find AP news somewhat biased compared to Reuters, although still one of my few regular sources. But I think their website issues stemmed from using google amp. They appear to have been fixed in the last month or so.

I use FileZilla on Linux because the file manager integrated ftp clients were not very good, and did not save connections etc. Just less of a PITA. I see I should try gftp or another alternative though.

It is doing less work. There is less air moving, and it is in a partial vacuum/low pressure environment - as physics dictate less work is being done. Simply connect an electricity monitor and you will see it.
