You'll only be able to refinance if a bank is willing. If a recession is the driver of a fed rate reduction, that seems less plausible.

I just put quotes in half my queries these days. A hilarious example of this last week; searching 'email CTR' brought up pages with email/center... Google of all companies should care about CTR!

Yep, going to a showroom convinced me that a Volt was a good decision. I think they're both great cars, but I actually prefer Android Auto and the fit and finish of the Volt. That said I'd probably buy a Model 3 today since the pa

Honestly my biggest shock coming out of college was 1) how unfamiliar I was with the toolset/processes in real world development and 2) how little onboarding on these topics I received from a major tech co. It probably didn't help

I'd be nervous that Google would consider this click fraud even if you aren't the publisher and would limit some account features.

IMO 2) is a PR move. Removing 1 bit of data isn't going to do much for anti-fingerprinting.

Agreed, I've mostly quit Facebook, which was never that enthralling to me, but Reddit / Twitter / Podcasts / Hackernews are all much more interesting. None of them are adding significant value to my life other than that

I can't imagine how cutting a cube would not involve a crosscut as the final cut e.g. perpendicular operation of the material. This type of cut would ideally be done with a sled not a fence, so unless I'm really misunderstanding

For the unfamiliar in this thread. The SawStop on it's own will not prevent kickback as seen in this video. That said there are other types of anti-kick guards available.

I was once at the poker tables nearby and a group came in at 1:00 in the morning dressed head to toe in derby viewing apparel. They proceeded to play the mechanical horses and it was absolutely hilarious.
