Some of these rubbish technology is just "human worker, but cheaper/mechanized one" use case: - self-driving cars are just chauffeurs for ppl without money for real chauffeur - same with Alexa as virtual secretary

Probably just some stock photos with watermark sneak in. There are lots of photos with watermark circulating on web, for example in memes and unfinished webpages (when finished, these will be replaced with paid variant without watermark).

Harmonium is very similar to church organ in design and operation. Only major difference is that church organ uses pipes while harmonium uses reeds and thus is smaller but more limited in sound spectrum.

I think this is really different in other countries. For example here in Czech republic we have lot of reasonably cheap hosting companies and whole backyard industry of small companies and individuals willing to create website for you.
