First there was blaze, the closed-source google internal build tool. People left google and wanted to copy blaze, hence pants and buck were created. Then google released bazel, an open source version of blaze.

I've used swagger with java and golang and both of them generate docs directly from the code, no comments needed.

They are different classes. Something you are can be stolen or copied, but you can't easily trade it away. Something you have can have strong copy protection like a yubikey and can be given away.

I wouldn't put zfs anywhere except a server or non root volume, the resource usage is high and if I had to guess it would have an impact on battery life. Unleas you're into either file systems or installers as a hobby, let others

I think Manhattan is way to big to ban cars from the entire island. They could do it gradually and add public streetcars to main thoroughfares, but the way things are now, it would not work to straight up ban cars today.

Maybe it has worked out for you, but I don't know all that much about cars and my experience is that dealers usually talk their way out of covering something or add one extra crap they say is not covered that costs a lot anyway.
