Thanx! Is the "set up" as simple as installing stuff (tomcat/mysql/jdk) or is it more complicated? If so it should be not more than 30 minutes to an hour max?

I understand that but I believe all of that can be addressed by making it very clear on the outset (things like the feedback is just fyi, we wont respond back to your feedback on feedback) yada yada...I do think that it is a hard choice for

Having worked at Netflix for 2 years (a fantastic performance driven culture - at least 2 years back), I can say I am happy for them! Netflix vs BB is one of the more fantastic David Vs Goliath stories of recent times!:)
