I don't know about Braintree, but I did recently have a frontline customer support email to a consumer product company answered (incorrectly) by an LLM. I know that it was an LLM because it said that it was in a footer below the respon

My solution to the Apple Watch charging problem is to start charging it as the first step of my bedtime routine, and put it back on my wrist as the last step. This works because it takes about 45 minutes to charge.

Yeah, I think it’s best to keep them on the installed Ubuntu LTS and not upgrade, if you want the seamless OEM experience. Granted, I’ve still had some random issues with mine, even on the stock version. (The wifi card is glitchy and I have

You really just have to compile all of your dependencies yourself (or use pre-compiled distro packages and compile your code with the distro toolchain). Of course, compiling everything yourself is the only way to get LTO to work well, and y

I think that it is generally not reasonable to convert existing large projects to be multithreaded, in the same way that it is generally not reasonable to fully rewrite existing large projects from scratch. The alternative that I have seen

Agreed. I’m only familiar with Texas and Texas schools are funded with property tax with some redistribution to poorer districts. I think a local income tax is the correct way to handle it theoretically but I don’t know any specific example

Surely more housing also means more working adults and more taxable income, so this could be handled with a local income tax.

I used a Chromebook as my main laptop for a year in college, and I always had to apologize to nearby strangers for the beep. (CS major, coding happened mostly over SSH to the school servers, but I did run RStudio locally)
