Where is EPA in all this? Mountain View Shoreline (right behind Google HQ) used to be a landfill site for 3 decades before being turned into a park. Plenty of families visit it for the nature walks, kiddie play areas and water activities. T

No it won’t. The framing will be identical. That’s how the DSLR world works. The viewfinder is used for framing & exposure check and then the rest is done behind the scenes.

Either way the point still stands: raising too much money transfers the economics and control away from the people involved in day to day operations. As employees get more educated around stock options I’m certain their risk profile will ch

Right, and here’s the dirty part of this process... some applications are under hiring agencies that later push those approved to the likes of Uber who might have maxed out their own allocations.

Not lottery. There are allocations (or were) per country to give it a more even spread. I know greencard applications still work like that based on origin of birth. Also the H1B process has always felt like who can create the most compellin

Clever & greedy strategy. H1Bs are often paid a lower salary with 0 stock options. H1Bs are brainwashed into thinking this is their breakout. Grass is greener nonsense. Locked in by H1B from jumping ship. Even if a company agrees to a G

This article sounds like it’s an ad; ie journalists onboard to cover the new route with an experimental twist. If they really want to test the effects on a human body then do it in cattle class (economy) not biz class with creature comforts

Actually Qantas still uses QF74 (a 747B) doing non stop routes between SFO & SYD. LA to Sydney is done by A380. Other carriers use 2 engined dreamliners.

Right. Only in the USA actually. Where an Ambulance costs ~2,5K for ALS and ~1,5K for BLS. The stupidity of this is crazy. I once had a bike crash in SF (dude opened the door on me) and someone called the ambulance. Not sure who. But I coul

Nah in the intro they explain all the parts of the display unit and one of those was the state of tracked objects between these 2 modes. So the pilot checked the heat from each object using 2 different sensors (BLK & WHT) and both retur

Anyone notice the pilot switched between BLK and WHT mode and on both occasions the designator was coming back as COLD! Shouldn't a designator with an exhaust or any machinery in motion return HOT? Or did I get this wrong?
