The blackberry argument is exactly the place where open source is the answer. I have a python script that I fully understand (and wrote much of it myself) grabbing email data off the internet, and only it knows my password - I wouldn't dare

We could always make a compromise where people who choose to moderate can't see scores. It would be trivial to circumvent but it will deter 90% of people, and here that's 90% as good as deterring 100%.

I read the student worksheet. The RIAA stated that the cost of sharing a song online is 99 cents. That basically kills their arguments against Thomas/Tenenbaum.
