I guess the point developer2 tried to make is that the parent poster's language is very non-personal. This is a common thing -- by not seeing the victim as a person/human it's way easier to rationalize whatever ideology etc.

Well, on a second look: cefpython currently requires the user to pass in a UI window. That's apparently quite easy to do on windows using pywin32, but nevertheless -- It's maybe quite hefty -- one might as well use QT, then.

It's actually not that hard -- invite them to work with you on a small project. Pay them reasonably. See how they work in RL. Then decide, and -- by all means -- give them honest feedback even when not hiring.
