I didn't see mention of a vulnerability other than the use of a common default password with Ubiquity. So naughty, but users really should be now be in the habit of changing default passwords, and not leaving management interfaces open

That was kinda their point. They weren't denying that one exists, just pointing out that the Cisco response that it was for support use was laughable.

I've run Ceph at home since the jewel release. I migrated to it after running FreeNAS. I use it for RBD volumes for my OpenStack cluster and for CephFS. With a total raw capacity of around 350TiB. Around 14 of that is nvme storage for

So what exactly a property is would also naturally be up for debate, but an example property would be say having a mass of 13kg. Or being pink. Most adjectives presumably are corresponding to properties, some would word my formulation as to

I believe consensus for a long time has been that existence is not a property. I am inclined to view existence as being the possessor of a property.

Thanks for the knowledge share! MIG does need hardware suppoet, and from what I understand really expensive licensing. I don't know if AMD has a parallel technology. That is pretty cool that it is vendor agnostic. I've found a few

Sorry again, is this like nVidia MIG? That seems to be the more current technology. Not sure if the host can retain a slice though.

You can, but it disconnects it from the host, so you'll be headless. Which may be fine for a lot of people if you are able to ssh in and manage it that way.

But a Windows user, so I could be completely off base, but isn't GPU-P just VFIO under the hood? I don't know about Proxmox, but this is completely supported by OpenStack and KVM.
