Yup same here. It's hard to make decision on what to stick with and finish.

I consider Google Maps to be far more useful and better than Facebook. The sans/quality of G+ doesn't impact my view of Google Maps. It's just an amazing product, that got even better once it came on those feature phones with

Heh, so far up the food chain, being in charge of Google Maps is a demotion. If anything Google Maps is a genuinely good product and well used by many, as is search and Gmail. Could have been worse... Google+. I wonder how Googlers internal

I actually like that since I've always thought like that, it's nice to see in reading (and better explained). However it has its downside, it's easy to fall into pitfalls where you can't decide which path to take. As opp

It has improved but it still has pain points, it's good to have backups. Had to revert to enact for dealing diffs and git commits.

You could get overall progress even with separated boards. Overall progress doesn't help us who have to open/close/comment on them. You wouldn't use a single issue tracker for five repos, how is this different? Regardles

Not an expert, correct me if I am wrong here. But I've wrestled with something similar. Be careful not to use REM for font-sizes as @Print ignores them, if you must (and obviously I/Brain must) you could get around by using % (so

I feel the same way, it's hard to care about something you wouldn't use or evangelise about, unless it's deeply niche and complicated enough to go over my head and make me feel dumb.

I feel like you might have missed the point. Also you're assuming these engineering teams for weapons systems and fighter planes are successful by default. F-35?

Use Automator to create a service so you could (well if you're brave) dump the code into whatever you need it to run, e.g Ruby or Swift REPL. Let me know how it goes.

Second this. There is no reason not to use TypeScript now that's easier to work with .jsx and add 3:rd party libraries without dealing with type definitions. Also, make sure to try out atom-typescript by Basarat. It's genuinely am

It's a visual design issue really, and not just purely usability light the rest. By now, most people are aware of how paginations work. I agree with you, but I am just stating that at most, it only serves as purely aesthetics. You coul

I hope you're right, I want you to be right. But honestly, I can't see it. A lot of what we do essentially lives on credit. We're like real estate. We're in demand as long as there is a buyer. Essentially, buyers will c

Still wished I could have VLC as an engine inside QuickTime or whatever's native to the platform/OS. Is that possible or do you have to source the web for several obscure codecs?

Havin iOS devs jump back and forth between platforms (if native) is a kind of a mistake. Have you tried this yet or is this somethings you're planning to do?

You're missing the point completely. Not having to deal with rent means the money from basic income can go further than for anyone who doesn't own their own housing. Meaning it's essentially for rich kids who've inherite

What if you've paid off your mortgage and now housing is essentially only maintenance and utilities. Removing rent cost would make that money last. I wonder if the people behind this have that notion.

Get close to the person giving orders to the Comanche, the Glock should suffice. The Glock isn't against the attack helicopter, it's for the pack of flesh giving orders to use one.
