National insurance contributions have nothing to do with the NHS. NI contributions determine your state pension (but because the money from NI just goes to treasury, NI is really just income tax with different name)

They talk about it in the article. The last figure shows what happens to the normal membrane at high pressures, it becomes too stiff/compressed and therefore cannot function (i.e. let things through etc)

Astronomer here. Sorry for criticism, but I think it would be much better if galaxies were shown in 3d. There are a lot of surveys providing redshifts, hence 3d positions. Then one would see the cosmic web, otherwise it looks a bit weird j

I do not find this view to be useful. The are cases from my personal experience, where I asked somewhat esoteric practical questions, that likely do not (seem) to have a clear answer in the web and I have got considerable help from ChatGPT.

There is no need for backdoor anything, when there are public channels. I do not know the specifics of French case though, so I don't know if their case is about those or some private chats.

A bunch of people in comments here seem to misunderstand what telegram is. It is not just a messaging app, it is essentially a platform like twitter, with channels, hundreds of thousands of subscribers to those. While I fully support E2E

Because Telegram is not just a messenger, it's a platform for distributing news/info through channels. Signal simply does not have that.
