What about leadership ability? You describe a number of absolutely necessary talents, but without the ability to lead your team on the task of executing the vision, those talents don't matter for long.

I started with DOS 4.01, and a DOS manual. I went command by command, until I got to format "hey, we have a lot of files, it would be nice to have them formatted..." That day I learned about OS installation as well. And then continued.

Agreed. Thats why I started the local barcamp, and will (most likely) create another event in the next year/18 months. There is tremendous value in creating new events.

I would say something along the lines of what you said here. You were new, there are a few things you'd have done differently now (and list what those are) but that people love it and its not your primary interest anymore, etc.

Not my favorite personally, but its being compared to Scott Harrison of Charity Water, Gary V, and Tony Hseih of Zappos, so that's not really a negative. Still a great video.

I like both ideas, but would see the second one as more useful initially (to me). That said, if you get the other one done in time of the end of November, there could be a fair number of startups needing such a tool. :)
