iDrive E2 is $4/TB/mo, that's the cheapest I've seen from a known vendor: https://www.idrive.com/object-storage-e2/

Cabin AC doesn't, but Cabin heat can in older vehicles with resistive heating. Heat Pump heating in newer Teslas is in the middle.

This one is a french door model, which means a complicated double-door latching interface. Single-door is even simpler still, and half the price! You pay almost $700 just for the french door element.

Interesting, all the fridges I've seen have glass shelves, and usually metal framing/brackets. The drawers are plastic, and eventually do go, but replacements are available.

Yep, helped a friend buy a $700 LG yesterday. No features beyond a freezer box and fridge box. No water dispenser, ice maker, no holes through the door, nothing. Just two boxes that get differently cold. I expect it'll last 10 year

Chest freezers are a little special, as they don't need much actual cooling power if the insulation is functional and they aren't opened. Vertical freezers and fridges lose all their cold air when opened, chests don't.

I even loved the predecessor to the Bolt, the Spark EV. Tiny car, fit in any parking space, perfect for a city-car that never leaves the metro area.

Very cool. Some of the assumptions really throw your plan out of whack, but digging around I eventually fixed it. An option to limit property tax increases would be nice, to reflect Prop 13 in California. The default estimate of 1.25% of

Scientific Linux was an RHEL-clone, and they couldn't keep it going even with RH sources. > In April 2019, it was announced that feature development for Scientific Linux would be discontinued

by secabeen 3y ago
Not necessarily. RHEL-clones are ubiquitous in high-performance computing. Clusters and super-computers are hard to setup, consist of hundreds or thousands of nodes, and are used by scientists who are not programmers by trade. The RHEL-c

Yes, thank you. The OP analysis is terribly naive. Nameplate tuition has little relationship to what actual students pay. The net data from the college board is much better, and shows that actual tuition paid at many schools is flat over

CentOS Stream is not the same operating system as RHEL. Original CentOS nearly was. 99+% of the time, if you ran into a bug in CentOS, that bug could be replicated in RHEL. For most people, that 99%+ compatibility was enough.
