Sorry, no, that's just wrong. IANAL but it's rather clear that responding to DMCA takedowns is what grants you safe harbor protection, and such takedowns are made under penalty of perjury. Unless you are outside the US or you're happy to lo

Windows Live is the online brand, all their free-download software/online services are "Windows Live X". I'm not sure how it cheapens it any more than if it was "Microsoft X" or "iProduct"...

3.1GHz is also 3GHz to one digit of precision. There are chips closer to 4Ghz than 3, though. The author should have aimed higher. http://www.intel.com/products/processor/corei7EE/index.htm

Dyscalculia. I've known other people have that same problem too; thankfully it's more annoying than demoralising like dyslexia can be.

Perhaps your next post should argue that Facebook's one-to-one video calling is a better mode of communication than Google+ group text discussion (or vice versa). You would even have strengthened your argument if you noted how Facebook list

The point is that the rule should not actually be a rule. At least, I took it to be a simple reversal of the original 'rule' post.

Multiplayer save/load is not prevented by technical issues as much as it is by development time constraints and the ideal that such a situation is unnecessary. A scenario editor is not that far removed from dumping the current game state. R

What would anyone who doesn't care enough do? If they don't vote, they increase the power of other voters. If they vote randomly, their votes would cancel each other out on average, making it as if they hadn't voted. If they vote based on w

That's a specious argument. Something like gay marriage is the result of writing a law ; the deficit is an accumulation of many public spending programmes enacted under the law more often than by its creation. This is basically a method of

It comes set with a default number. Given they have to send you personalized details anyway (phone number etc.) how hard would it have been to randomize it like banks do? They should take some of the blame for it. But nobody seems to care.

The problem with music players is that not everyone wants to consume music in the same way. BTW you can create folders of playlists. Between that and search, it makes it manageable enough for me.
