To be clear. I got it to work 100% of the times. What I meant was that 25% of those it required some digging around for the latest whatever-the-issue-was on my part, and 75% of those it just worked.

It's not purposeless. This would be used by pro-Russian propaganda to point and say "see, Ukraine is full of nazis, that's why we have to go in and kill everybody". This is Russian propaganda at work.
