They should be, but often people vote on party lines regardless of vote history. Sure, some people may look into vote history, but not the majority.

I actually prefer the all-caps menu. I find that the letters being the same height improves readability for me. I wouldn't want to read a book that way though. It's similar to making notes by hand, I'll generally use all-caps when doing so.

While this is fair -- and I don't think there's a strong positive outlook on BlackBerry's future -- there were internal discussions for years about whether to change the name of the company or not since BlackBerry was really the only produc

I think that's the difference in terminology between "mentor" and "tutor." With "tutor" it's clear that you are going to be paying for tutelage. A mentorship is supposed to be an ongoing relationship with a single individual that is not nec

People do need to learn that their actions can have negative outcomes as well as positive. This is also not something that is just happening to these people. They are taking an active part by deciding to follow someone. I certainly don't be

I disagree. These are people who are following accounts because the accounts favorite a tweet of theirs. If you follow someone without looking into their profile and deciding if you are interested in their content then you get what you dese

I've never worked for a startup, but I've always had an aversion to vacation. It's not that I don't like going places or enjoying myself, but I hate being away and I hate not being involved and getting things done. A good vacation for me is

I think it's great that you can get a cheap phone with good functionality. What I don't think is great is tying your phone to WhatsApp. It's great that it runs WhatsApp, but what happens when something new and better comes along? All of a s

The first thing I wondered upon seeing this story was whether or not the author was on the take with the oil or automotive industry. Is he paid to give talks at conferences? Or to speak at insider company events?
