I suspect that Bing's search results are being displayed under Google's interface.

I ran my startup with my brother as an employee for about 4 months. It was nice working with him, but I found out later that he wasn't enjoying himself and avoided talking about it because he felt committed to me. Maybe that's just my broth

Fake license seems easier, less confrontational, and probably comes with a higher success rate.

But hard work very often results in nothing. I'm sure many on this site can attest to that. That considered, you're more likely to get lucky if you work hard.

Sounds like reason enough to give it up. If you're a coder anyway.

It only tastes unpleasant at first, then it becomes normal. I actually have an interesting story that has to do with this. Last summer I was taking a newer smoking cessation drug named Champix. The drug works by binding with the same recept

The wireless access is only free when buying books I believe, not for general browsing. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong)

I've been with Amazon for months. I've experienced very few problems, and certainly nothing to the extent you describe.

Why is bash rubbish? This seems like fun anyway. Operator overloading could go a long way in providing a bash-like syntax, while still providing Ruby-like extensibility.

Yup...you're right. Maybe the URLs or even embedded within the script. An extension update mechanism (if any?) could bring in new versions. But now I'm way out into conjectureland. Just thinking out loud here.

I disagree. I have an internet plan with 100 gigs of allotted transfer. I don't care if a few kb here and there come down. I understand that your position may be different, but in my opinion most use Adblock the way I do -- to not see adver

I'm not sure that's entirely true. I can imagine AdBlock, as well as other plugins that deal mainly with the DOM, as entirely possible. I mean, how much does AdBlock really do? Grabs a list of blacklisted URLs (with wildcards), matches appl

On the other hand, things may be better with your contribution, even if she doesn't agree. Playing second fiddle in order to keep peace is just laying down, not being productive.

I've been using their trial for the past few days, and I'm very impressed. The real-time stats are very interesting. My only gripes have to do with the lack of a few API features, but I'm sure they will improve in time.

Missing the point. It's all about value. A broken leg is is an impediment to an athlete. A pancreatic cancer, along with its treatment, is a hurdle for a CEO.
