I think they mean "Journalist" vs. Journalist. edit: in fact they outright say it in the article, except the opposite way: "The larger sense I get from the criticism directed at Mr. Assange and Mr. Greenwald is one of distast

This is actually a very nice sentiment. Unfortunately, given the jadedness i've aquired over the last few years have convinced me that it will do little good for his freedom. I only hope that, as demographics in america swing younger,

My point is that i used to live in Austin, where "trying to kick you out of the apartment" involves not offering you a lease for the following year, because, say, they don't like your haircut. That is, any reason as long as i

How in the hell are national security letters constitutional? It's mindboggling to me that they haven't reached the Supreme Court. I don't mean to sound like a hippie or patriotic douche, but it seem rather tyrannical that yo

This is Huxley's future not Orwell's. It's not that "the people" can't change society, they just don't want to think about it and would rather watch television, whether that be sports, sitcoms, or infotain

I have a lot of practical stuff i've made. The fact is that 3d modeling with any precision is time consuming. The learning curve is STEEP, and open source modeling software is rarely intuitive, e.g. blender is absurdly complex. That is

It's almost as though the scientific consensuses is based on evidence. Using this guy's logic, I shouldn't get heart surgery unless I've been to medical school. WSJ trolling at it's worst.

This kind of bs talk radio approach is exactly the thing scientists are trying to cut through. If the data says football is damaging most kids lives, we should go with the data. It's just a game and there are plenty of other games we can pl
