I don’t know that ‘<identifier><space><identifier>;’ is ambiguous in C. (For this expression it seems the parser could be confident the left is a type name, and raise an error later if not.) I’d be interested in seeing a c

I’ve assumed you still have to have a ticket and they’re matching ID to the tickets in database. Anyone know otherwise? I can say, I asked the airline for a pass to accompany a passenger to their gate in ATL. If ID was enough I expect they

You may not be aware that Ctrl-I toggles the mode of new text, not just selected text. I think that poster was saying this: If you're writing a new sentence in MSWord, you type "Emphasize words <Ctrl-I>like this<Ctrl-I>

That explanation doesn't work IMO, unless `str` is a std::string pointer, which is contrary to the syntax GP suggested with `str.c_str()`. It doesn't seem possible in actual C++ that the cast from non-pointer to pointer would work

> It will even print std::string’s correctly if you cast them to const char* by hand What does that mean? I think `print str.c_str()` has worked for me in GDB before, but sounds like you did something different.

I’m amused picturing soldiers following the fiber back to the drone operator. But I suppose either their location is no real secret, it’s easy to defend and/or the other end has a radio transceiver far enough away from jamming and givi

I think you’re right for the definition of criminal infringement. I still think this image is civilly liable for infringing Apple’s copyright (not a crime as I originally said.) > The EULA might prohibit redistribution I don’t think it m

I’m not a lawyer, but pretty sure unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted material is a crime (in the US.) This docker image contains Apple copyrighted files, probably, but anyone feel free to explain if I’m wrong.

Is that a problem for this application, though? Don’t most people encode their file names in utf8, or is that an ASCII-centric falsehood?

As a teenager on Windows 98, I think, I went through the CLSIDs in the registry and embedded them in folder names like this to see what happened. I don’t remember anything really cool happening, but I think I found a few special ones. One h

Gavin Andresen did for years. Even after a recent walkback statement, people are saying he still does and that his statement isn’t a complete repudiation. I haven’t really kept up with it, so this is just a summary of quick googling.
