I have 2 x Omni X10 Pros and they're very good. No problems at all so far. I have all hard wood flooring though, I don't think they would be great on carpet.

Losing muscle mass is just what happens when you're in a calorie deficit. The same thing happens if you're in a calorie deficit without the aid of a GLP-1. Making sure each meal contains substantial protein will help negate this.

Which part? Mechanical turk is an Amazon service for crowdsourcing work, and Africa has cheap IT literate labor so would be a good source for this type of work.
